Every enquiry we receive through our website by 31st December 2010 will be entered into our prize draw.  This photography prize is for any dates (excluding the Christmas and New Year weeks) up to 31st December 2012 and for ceremonies within 2 hours car travel time from Edinburgh.  Use the Contact form to send us your enquiry now!

The small print:

• All eligible enquiries must be received through our ‘Contact’ enquiry form by midnight, 31st December 2010.  Enquiries can also be made by completing a paper form provided by McBeth Photography or by telephoning us.
• The required date must be free when the draw takes place.
• Only one entry per person.
• The prize will be valid for one ceremony held before 17^th December 2012, excluding dates between 20^th December 2010 and 3rd January 2011, and excluding dates between 19th December 2011 and 3rd January 2012.  The prize applies only for ceremonies and engagement shoots occurring within 2 hours car travel time from Edinburgh.
• This competition is open to UK residents only who are 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
• The winner must nominate the bride, groom or couple to receive this photography package within 14 days of being notified they have won.  If the winner decides to decline the prize, please let us know as soon as possible so we can run the draw again and another couple can benefit from the prize.  The prize is non-transferable and no part of this prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize; any attempt to sell the prize or charge for the services supplied by McBeth Photography will render it void.
• If the winning couple have already paid a deposit to McBeth Photography in order to book wedding photography services, this deposit will be refunded.
• Winners can choose to modify their package and any additions will be charged at our standard rates.
• The winning couple will be required to agree to the terms of our standard model release form in order to qualify for this prize.
• Details of the win, including information such as the winning couple’s names, wedding venue and wedding month will be published on the McBeth Photography website, in the McBeth Photography newsletter and other marketing materials.  The winning couple agree to the publication of marketing materials about the competition, including interviews with the wedding couple and images from the engagement shoot and wedding day shoot.
• Completing our enquiry form is not proof that we have received your enquiry. No responsibility can be accepted for enquiries that are lost or delayed, or which are not received for any reason.
• Regretfully, we cannot be held liable for system failures on this website nor do we assume any responsibility or liability for communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, networks, systems, lines, servers, satellites, computers or providers utilised in any aspect of this promotion.
