Nicola and Leon opted to forego the long hot sunny days of Sydney in December and instead make the 10471 miles trip to Wedderburn Castle to celebrate their wedding with friends and family.
If you are going to be getting married in Scotland in December then you really shouldn’t expect too much by way of great weather as you will almost certainly be disappointing. However, one thing you can guarantee is that whatever the weather, Wedderburn is always stunning.
It wasn’t looking too promising (weather wise) the night before the wedding as the wind howled and the rain lashed. Come the morning though, we were treated to a virtually cloud free sky and crisp (feckin’ freezin’) winter sunshine. I should have worn a vest.
